Sandra Lee “Sandy” Bailey, 68, passed away at her home near Clark Fork on Wednesday, May 2, 2007.
Memorial services will be conducted at 10:00 AM, Saturday, May 5, 2007 in the Sandpoint Assembly of God church. Pastor Brian Noble will be officiating.
Sandy was born in Bellingham, Washington on March 20, 1939 the daughter of Herbert and Virginia Howard. She graduated from high school in Bellingham in 1957, continuing to make her home in the Pacific Northwest.
On August 27, 1980 she married Wesley C. Bailey in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and then moved to the Clark Fork area. She was an ordained non-denominational minister. She was a member of the Sandpoint Assembly of God Church. She enjoyed raising milk goats, spinning wool, gardening and canning.
Sandy is survived by her husband Wes Bailey of Clark Fork; 3 children Steve McIntosh of Hayden, ID, Mark White of Port Angeles, WA, and Gina White of Juneau, Alaska;
7 grandchildren; her mother Virginia Beardsley of Riggins, ID; 2 brothers Ray Howard of Craig, Alaska; Bob Howard of Ferndale, WA; and her sister Helen Monger of Roseburg, OR.
Her father, a brother, and 2 sons preceded her in death.
