Kathleen Mary Frazier, 96, passed away in Richland, Washington on Sunday, July 10, 2011. Memorial services are pending.
Kathleen was born on May 12, 1915 in Great Falls, Montana, graduating from high school in 1934 and at one time held the Montana state record for the 75 yard dash.
During WW II she worked in the shipyards as a rivet burner and then lived in Box Elder, Columbia Falls and Kalispell, Montana prior to moving to Wyoming. She married Sam Frazier in 1954 and lived in Sunnyside, WA for 33 years, moving to Coeur d'Alene in 1996.
She enjoyed her gardens, riding horses, camping in the mountains, visiting family and was a "butcher knife carpenter."
She is survived by her children Bess Taylor, Carl Frazier, Gary and Lee Flansberg, a step daughter Diane Bates; numerous grandchildren, great grand children and great great grandchildren; and a sister Helen Huey.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a son Stacy, a step son Marshall, a grand son Allan, and a sister Babe.
