Jerry Jay Flesher

Jerry Jay Flesher, 43, of Sagle, passed away at his home on Monday, Oct. 3, 2011. Memorial services will be conducted 2:00PM, Saturday, October 15, 2011 at 1st Lutheran Church, 526 S. Oliver, Sandpoint, with Pastor David Olson, officiating. Jerry was born Oct. 8, 1967 in Sandpoint the son of Joe and Avis Flesher. He was raised and educated, graduating from Sandpoint High School with the class of 1986. Jerry was involved in the family business, Flesher Furnace and Roofing. He married Jamie Shobe on Oct. 26, 2008. He loved the outdoors, horseback riding, snowmobiling, fishing, and hunting. He is survived by his wife: Jamie Flesher of Sandpoint; his parents: Joe and Avis Flesher of Sagle; 1 brother: Jeff (Phil) Flesher of Sagle; 1 sister: Judy Bonser of Algoma; and by 2 step-children: Lonnie Scheffelmaier, Jr. of Ponderay, and Samantha Bjorkquist of Kootenai, ID, and by several nieces and nephews.
