Michelle D Shupp

Michelle D. Shupp, 47, passed away in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho on Tuesday, January 31, 2012. Funeral services will be conducted at 5:00 pm, Saturday, February 4th in the First Christian Church. Pastor Tony Nelson will be officiating. Michelle was born on May 10, 1964 in Seattle, Washington. She grew up in Ballard, Washington, graduating from the Inglemoor High School and the Bellview Christian School. In Seattle she worked for Ward’s Cove, a commercial fishing operation. She was the accountant/bookkeeper, also working in Alaska. She moved to Spokane, Washington in 2004 and then to Sandpoint, ID in 2006. On Aug 18, 2006 she married Will Shupp in Sandpoint. She was the receptionist for Total Physical Therapy, and enjoyed helping people through her work and in person. She worked with her husband, Will, helping and mentoring the youth of the area through the First Christian Church. Michelle was a member of First Christian Church. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, arts and craft works, and participating in craft shows. She is survived her husband Will Shupp of Sandpoint, ID; her parents Robert and Pamela Hall of Grants Pass, Oregon; two brothers Matthew Hall of Ballard, WA; and Stephen Thompson of Seattle, WA. Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
