Deborah Ann Carter, 53, of Sandpoint passed away at 8:55am on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at Kootenai Medical Center in Coeur d’ Alene due to her high blood pressure spiking too high; causing an internal brain hemorrhage from which she was unable to recover.
Memorial services will be conducted 2:00PM, Friday, March 23, 2012 at Coffelt Funeral Chapel.
She was a very loving and caring person that helped everyone in need, feeding those without food and giving shelter to those in need. She was a valued member of the Ironhorse Riders Association and will be greatly missed by all.
Deborah was preceded in death by her mother and father, Maxine and Bruce Merrin, her brother: David Royce and by her son: Ronnie Frolander. She is survived by daughters: Melissa and Hayden Hawkins, Samantha Carter, Accalia Carter, Andrea Balch; 7 grandchildren: Calvin and Elijah Frolander, Keli Carter, Anathea Woods, Honey Carter, Edana Carter-Casey, Liaden Mays; her sisters and brother: James Royce, Kathy Allison and daughter Jennifer Scott; Vikie Bradley and daughters Nicole Scott-Bradley and Jamie Bradley, and Ida Demtsey (Aunt Sue), and many many more family, friends that were family, and friends.
