Patricia (Gail) Morton

Patricia (Gail) Morton, 56 of Sagle passed away Monday, July 9, 2012 at her home. Burial will be in the Woodlawn Cemetery, St Maries, Idaho. Gail was born in Spokane, Washington on August 3, 1955 the daughter of Burt and Opha Wight. She grew up in Spokane and graduated from Rogers High School. In 1974 she started working in Farragut State Park. She later worked for P and E Woodworking and at Wood’s Meat Processing Plant. On May 9, 1990 she married Vern Morton in Reno, Nevada, She enjoyed working in her garden and cooking. She loved to go fishing with Vern. Gail is survived by her husband, of 22 years, Vern Morton in Sagle, ID; her mother Opha Maudlin in Rathdrum, ID; two brothers Tom Wight in Rathdrum, ID; Dan Wight in Newport, WA; and her sister Andrea Wight in Sedro Wooley, WA. Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives also survive. She was preceded in death by her father and a sister.
