Lois Irene Jensen, 79, passed away on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 in Sandpoint, Idaho.
Family services will be held at a later date.
Lois was born in Moyie Springs, Idaho on Sept. 17, 1933, the daughter of Joseph and Louise Cooper. She grew up in the Moyie area, attending local schools in Boundary County and Bonners Ferry. She worked as a health care facilitator in both Sandpoint and Bonners Ferry. For many years she, and her husband Vern Jensen, operated a farm near Harrison, Idaho. In 1997 she returned to her home in the Colburn Culver area.
She loved taking care of her family and her grand children, going to garage sales and the casino.
Surviving Lois are her children: Boyd Baker, Sandpoint, ID; Curtis Baker, Freeland, WA; Irene Parks, Spokane, WA; Lorlene Johnson, Moyie Springs, ID; Sherlene Johnson, Copeland, ID; her brother Duane Cooper, Sandpoint, ID; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son Merle; 2 grand-daughters and her husband Vern.
