Rockie Lynn Stewart

Rockie Lynn Stewart, 52, of Sandpoint passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at Kootenai Medical Center. Memorial Services will be conducted 11:00AM Saturday, June 1, 2013 at Coffelt Funeral Service, 109 N. Division, Sandpoint, Idaho Rockie was born Aug. 28, 1960 in Mobile, Alabama the son of Johnnie and Vera Stewart. He moved with his family to Arkansas and later to Weaverville, North Carolina where he graduated high school. He married Charla Hill on March 7, 1992 in Las Vegas, Nevada and they moved to North Idaho in 2004.. He was self employed for many years and recently began working in North Dakota. He was an outdoorsman at heart. He loved hunting and fishing. He is survived by his wife: Charla of Sandpoint; his mother: Vera Stewart of Sandpoint; 3 children: Bryan Lee Stewart and his wife Kassy of Sandpoint, Jeremy Lynn Stewart and his wife Alison of Bonners Ferry, Samantha Jo Stewart of Sandpoint; 2 stepsons: Kristofer Ryan Hill and his wife Ruby of CA, Kyle Austin Hill of Colorado; 8 grandchildren; 2 sisters: Faith Jackson of Asheville, NC and Sandra Soldano and her husband Dominic of Sandpoint. He was preceded in death by his father.
