Linda Darlene Myhre

Linda Darlene (Wilson) Myhre, 71, passed away in Spokane, Washington on Sunday, June 30, 2013. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00am, Friday, July 5th, in Coffelt’s Funeral Chapel. Dale Coffelt will be officiating with interment in Pinecrest Memorial Park. Linda was born in Caldwell, Idaho on January 15, 1942, the daughter of John G and Mary J Wilson. She moved to the Sandpoint area in 1952 and graduated from Sandpoint High School in 1961. She attended beauty school in both Sandpoint and Spokane moving to Spokane in 1962. She married Doug Myhre in Sandpoint in November 1966 and he preceded her in death. She had worked as a nanny and then worked for Pacific Trail Clothing for 25 years. In 1996 she retired for health reasons. She enjoyed sewing, doing embroidery work, watching the wild birds in her yard and her dogs. Linda is survived by her two sisters Elizabeth Cox in Sagle, ID; and Wanda Light in Pocatello, ID; 3 nieces Shahna Reed, Robin Evans and Lynn Reese; numerous grand nieces and nephews also survive. Also preceding her in death were her parents.
