Ruth Elizabeth Farrace, 92, of Sandpoint passed away on Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at Valley Vista Care Center. Interment will be next to her husband in Rose Hills Cemetery in Whittier, CA. Memorial Services will be held in Oregon at a later time.
