Michele Rosalie Boyd

Michele R. Boyd, 64, of Cocolalla, died Wednesday, July 2, 2008 at her home Graveside funeral services for the couple will be conducted at 10:00 AM, Monday, July 7th in the Westmond Cemetery. Pastor Jon Pomeroy, Sandpoint Church of God will officiate. Mr. Boyd will be buried with military honors. Family and friends are invited to a viewing at Coffelt Funeral Service, from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM, on Sunday, July 6th. Michele R. Boyd was born in Ft Vancouver, WA on Nov. 14, 1943, the daughter of Allen and Vera Michael. She grew up in a military family, traveling and attending schools worldwide. She graduated from high school in Manteca, CA in 1961. She lived in Tracy, CA working in the defense depot in Tracy, CA until her retirement in 1993. She also worked, as a secretary, for Mountain Sky Publishing and as a bartender for the Sandpoint Eagles. On July 15, 1978, William Boyd and Michele Michael were married in California. On July 15th they would have celebrated 30 years of marriage. They moved to Cocolalla, Idaho in 1996. They found great pleasure in spending time with their children and grandchildren. William and Michele are survived by 2 children: Brooke (and Dayle) Westra of Priest River, Clint Boyd of Cocolalla; 3 grandchildren: Megan, Michael, and William. Michele was preceded in death by her parents. They were loved by many and will be deeply missed.
