Sharon Marie Hoffman was born November 13, 1937 in Portland, Oregon to Andrew and Erma Stone.
Graveside services for Sharon were held on May 25, 2015 in Westmond Cemetery.
Sharon attended school in Vernonia, Oregon until moving with her family to a farm in southern Idaho in 1952, where she met the love of her life, Ron Hoffman. She graduated from Meridian High School in 1955, and shortly afterward, Sharon and Ron were married. They then moved to Boise in 1957 where their three children, Carolyn, Marsha, and Gerri were born. Sharon also established and operated a small bakery adjacent to the Post Office, and was locally known for her wonderful breads, pies, and pastries.
Sharon was a devoted Christian, and she always let the love of God shine through her life to those around her. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, who loved to knit, sew, and crochet things for her family.
