Arlene Mae Roberts

Arlene Mae Roberts, 77, of Priest River passed away on Friday, October 17, 2014 at Kootenai Health in Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho. Private family services will be held at a later time. Arlene was born Dec. 31, 1936 the only daughter of 9 children of Edwin and Nancy Lundberg. She was raised in Rhinelander and graduated high school there. On Aug. 6, 1955 she married the love of her life, John Roberts in Rhinelander. They lived there until 1961 when they moved to Priest River where they have since resided. Arlene worked at various area restaurants and also had owned A. J.’s Restaurant. She loved to travel with her husband, hunt, fish, cook, and spending quality time with her family. She is survived by her husband, John of Priest River; 2 sons: John (Sue) Roberts, Mark (Anna) Roberts both of Priest River; 1 grandson: Shiloh Roberts of Priest River; 2 great grandchildren: Brandon and Elvin; 2 brothers: Donald and Eugene Lundberg both of Rhinelander. She was preceded in death by 6 brothers and 1 granddaughter, Kelsey. Arlene was an awesome, loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and a great friend to all.
