Irene Dorothy (Sunshine) Andrews

Irene Dorothy “Sunshine” Andrews, 86, passed away in Plains, MT on Saturday, October 25, 2008. Family services will be held later. Irene was born in Laclede, Idaho on April 16, 1922 the daughter of Bloom and Dorothy Irish. She grew up in the Morton area attending the Morton School, the Long School, and graduated from Sandpoint High School. She lived in Oakland, California for 24 years returning to the Sandpoint area in the early 1970’s She moved to Montana in 1977 living in Hot Springs, and Plains, MT. Irene was a member of the Church of God in Sandpoint, ID and Plains, MT. She enjoyed her participation in Senior Citizen’s activities in both communities. She is survived by 2 sisters, and was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one sister.
