Patricia E. “Pat” Parks, 81, passed away in Frederick, MD on Saturday, May 30, 2015. A complete obituary, announcing funeral services, will be posted later. Pat was a long time resident of the Hope area and a retired real estate agent. She will be buried, beside her husband Paul Parks, in Pinecrest Memorial Park.
