Marilyn L. Doyle-Schoeneberger, 82, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, July 9, 2015 in Sagle, Idaho.
Memorial services will be conducted 11:00 am on Saturday, August 1, 2015 at Coffelt Funeral Chapel with Pastor Paul Graves, officiating.
Marilyn was born on May 23, 1933 in Waterloo, Iowa the daughter of Benjamin and Elizabeth Heiple. At a young age the family would move to Portland, Oregon where she would attend local schools and graduate from high school. After graduating from high school she would go to secretary school.
Marilyn worked for Bank of America as a teller and later worked for JC Pennys. While working for JC Pennys she would relocate numerous times and lived all over the United States.
Marilyn met Howard “Dutch” Schoeneberger while walking on a golf course and they would later marry on June 8, 1999 in Kalispell, Montana.
Marilyn was an artist working with watercolors, still pictures, landscapes and animals. She was a master craft with floral arrangements.
Marilyn is survived by her husband of 16 years Howard; her step-daughters Leslie Turk and Terri LeBlanc; and half-brother Marty Imster and a cousin Rose Lee Stevenson.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her son Steve Doyle and her step-daughter Sally Davis
