Casey George Alarcon, beloved son of Jeff and Jeri Alarcon, went home to be with Jesus on Aug. 11, 2015.
He was born Dec. 19, 1980.
Casey was the big brother to Jon Alarcon and chosen sister, Harmony Lajko. He was raised on the Elmira Mountain in Idaho and was a lover of the mountains and of outdoor adventure.
Casey had a very creative mind and a heart for people who are hurting. He and his mother would go to Spokane just to see who or what they might find! Casey would always watch for the homeless and downtrodden and would give them what money he had.
Family and friends ask that you remember Casey not for what he has done, but for what he has overcome. God does not view us by what we do, but rather by the cry of our heart. Casey’s heart was for the lost and broken.
He is survived by his parents, brother and sister; his grandma, Helen Casey; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, many friends and his special friends Tonya, her son Gabriel, Chris and Julie.
Services will be held at The Assembly of God Church, 423 Lincoln, Sandpoint, on Thursday, Aug. 27, 2015, at 10 a.m.
The family prefers that, in lieu of flowers, donations may be given through www.yourfriendpamelafaye.com . Please indicate Casey Alarcon on the donation. A portion of all donations will be given to the unmet needs of the homeless and broken.
