Deonna Lynn Harris

Deonna Lynn Harris, 67 of Hope passed away on Monday, August 17, 2015 at her home. Deonna was born April 9, 1948 in Sandpoint, Idaho. She attended schools in both Idaho and Western Washington, graduating Tumwater, WA high school. While there she met the love of her life Curtis John Harris and they were married in January of 1969. They lived in Western, WA, moved to Hope, Idaho, returned to Washington where they lived until his death. Their plans were to return to Hope so she came back in 2014. Deonna enjoyed eating, good conversation, dear friends, playing cards, and swimming. She loved Lake Pend Oreille, her beloved Seahawks and being a super twelfth man. However above all of the above love of her family was number one. She is survived by 3 children: Curtis (Christy) Harris of Rochester, WA, Jacqueline Irene Dobbins of Hope, ID, Tony Lawrence (Joy Dalton-Harris) of Heron, MT; 4 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter; her father Lawrence Glahe of Sandpoint and 1 brother Larry (Jackie) Glahe of Sandpoint. She was preceded in death by her husband, mother, and 1 niece. A memorial potluck will be held at the family home, 519 Wellington Pl in Hope on Saturday August 22, 2015 beginning at 1:00PM.
