Mary Ellen Lindsey

Mary (Peggy) D. Lindsey, 78 of Menifee, California died unexpectedly on Monday September 26th surrounded by her family in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. She was visiting her daughter and son in law, Jay & Tracy Free in Sagle for an extended visit. She was born in Jay, Florida on May 5, 1938. She married Jimmie E. Lindsey in 1956 (50 years) and together they had 4 children. Mari (Terry) Moffitt of Port Orchard, WA, Tracy (Jay) Free of Sagle, Idaho, Jimmie (Amy) Lindsey of Vista, California and Amy (Warren) Worcester of Menifee, California. She had 5 grandchildren and one great grandson, all of whom she loved with all her heart. JR (Ashley & Wyatt)) Worcester, Wesley (Stephanie) Free, Kimberly Free, Christopher Worcester, and Terry Moffitt. She loved her family so much. She was the kindest, gentlest person one would ever meet. We are all going to miss her so incredibly much. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmie Lindsey, her parents Lawrence & Ida Mildred Daugette, and her most cherished sister Boots Sexton. There will be a service in southern California at 11:00 am, on October 22, 2016 at Menifee Hills Bible Church @ 33220 Sweetwater Canyon Rd., Menifee, CA 92584 - followed by a reception at the home of Warren and Amy Worcester @ 33805 Sweetwater Canyon Rd., Menifee, CA 92584.
