Noel L Schumacher, 70, passed away in Tucson, Arizona on Friday, April 7, 2017. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00am, on Tuesday, April 18th in Coffelt's Funeral Chapel. Milton Hickey, New Plymouth, Idaho will be officiating. Interment will be in the Pack River Cemetery, close to her parents Lloyd and Edith Perry. Noel has made her home in Tucson, AZ for the last seeral years.
