Ann Elizabeth Higgins

Ann Elizabeth Higgins, 56, passed away at her home in Clark Fork, on Tuesday, June 15, 2010. Memorial services will be held at 9:00 AM, Thursday, June 24th, in the family home, 6561 River Road, out of Clark Fork, ID. A pot luck will follow at the Clark Fork Ambulance barn in Clark Fork, ID. Ann was born in Coronado, California on March 20, 1954, the daughter of Harry and Muriel Conner. She attended local schools and graduated from Coronado High School in 1973. After high school she moved to Seattle, Washington and lived there until 1986. On October 5, 1988 she married Stephen Higgins and they moved to Clark Fork, Idaho. She worked as a CNA in Sandpoint and as an EMT for the Clark Fork Ambulance. Ann loved to go horseback riding, shooting, and her dogs. She is survived by her husband, of 21 years, Stephen Higgins of Clark Fork, Idaho; two brothers Stephen Conner of San Diego, CA, and Michael Conner of San Diego, CA; a sister Mary Phillips of Halton City, TX; along with numerous nieces and nephews. Ann was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother Mark Conner.
