Robert Lee Owen, 66, passed away in Heron, montana on Monday, November 1, 2010. He was born in Dahlgren, Illinois on August 28, 1944. He served with the US Air Force from 1963 until 1969 and worked as an engineer in a Chevron research labratory. Inurnment will be in a National Cemetery in California.
