Corie Kay Castle was born on April 27th, 1974 is Seattle, Wa to Sally and Ean Fagan. She was called to heaven on Friday December 11th after fighting a hard battle with Scleroderma. As a young toddler, Corie and her family moved to California where she resided until a move to Billings, Mt. When she was in 2nd grade, her family moved a last time to her forever home in North Idaho. Corie graduated from Clark Fork high school in 1992, and a few years later in 1999, began her 19-year career at Yokes.
Corie had a heart that was bigger than this world. She lived her life selflessly and loved even deeper. Corie was a nanny a short time before Yokes, and in that time, she realized how much she cared for children. Her love and compassion steered her towards her biggest accomplishment in life; becoming a foster mom. She dedicated her life to making sure each and every child that came through her door was greeted with love and security. Her passion for being a foster mom was felt by every person she met. She truly loved being able to care for others. Corie didn't just share her love and heart with her foster children, as she was truly everyone's best friend. Whether deep in years of friendship or just meeting her, Corie was a special and dear friend to all, and loved so deeply.
Corie is proceeded in death by her father Ean Fagan, and is survived by her mother Sally and her step-father Steve Derr of Clark Fork, ID; brothers Dustin (Martha) Fagan of Portland, OR and Robert Fagan of Sagle, ID; nephew Noah and niece Gracie of Sagle, ID, as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
