Dominic Donald Masut

Dominic passed away November 27, 2020 at age 84 near his home in North Idaho, where he and Jan moved to in 2014 to be close to family.

Before retiring in 1998, Dom was owner/manager of the Prime Minister restaurant in Crystal River for 22 years.  Prior to Florida, he was with the city of Garfield, N.J. police department for 10 years rising to Detective rank, and owned and operated a Sunoco service and repair station.  He was an avid pilot, with single, multi-engine, IFR, and commercial ratings.  He enjoyed woodworking and mechanical work.

Dominic is survived by his wife Jan, brothers Angelo Masut and Larry Masut of Florida, daughter Donna Taylor and sons Dominic Jr. and Richard Masut and Phillip Norrup of California. and their families, and lots of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
